Newest solution to mass stone fruit opening. This machine can delicately crack open up to 4 stone fruits per minute!
Entire machine looks like conveyor with “box” at the middle of conveyor which covers more than half of the device’s length. All fruits are delivered via conveyor or by hands. At the first stage, when fruits get inside, they get fixated by claws under conveyor, so they will not move during opening process. Stone fruits can vary on size and shape, so claws are best solution to keep fruits not moving. Specialized jackhammer allows to crack open hole in it and get most important part of it - the juice. Then fruit goes to juice extract part. All juice gets poured into special vacuumed vials to preserve their taste and original taste. Last stage is shatter what’s left from stone fruit, so you can scrape its flakes. Just as juice, stone fruit flakes are very nutritious, when prepared properly. All device’s length is 3.5 meters including conveyor part. “The box” is 2.6 meters long and 1.8 meters tall. Also “the box” has vial decompression device, that allows to open vials safely. It placed inside “box” and doesn’t protrude from it. Entire machine does makes noise, but not loud enough to disrupt peace at near rooms. Machine can be powered by standard outlet, fuel generator, or electric arcai protogen, if needed. Most needy part of the Stone Opener is jackhammer and vacuumizer, but you can turn it off if it’s necessary.
Though there’s no need to keep juice in vacuum, it can affect its taste before processing. Glass juice vials are not recommended to be opened without built-in into machine device, or any other solution, portable or not, especially half-empty vials. Flakes require no additional storing conditions, so it can be stored just like any other fruits/vegetables.
